Todd Warner is the Founder and President of Agribusiness Brokers Corp. He has led M&A Advisory engagements and commercial real estate transactions representing manufacturing and industrial clients, across a variety of industries and multiple States including California, Illinois, Florida, and Hawaii. Recent successful M&A engagements include the sale of Anchor Warehouse Services in Exeter, California and also the sale of Allied Electric Motor Service Inc., in Fresno, California.

Prior to founding Agribusiness Brokers, Mr. Warner held financial advisory positions including President at Tioga Advisors Corp., Managing Director at The Mclean Group, LLC and President at Paragon Equity Partners, Inc. Previously he was the President of Valley Dental Inc., (a California-based Dental Service Organization) and was also President of Apollo Dental Products, Inc., beginning as a garage sized startup and growing to become a nationally recognized dental equipment manufacturer. He later sold both of these organizations to larger middle market companies as roll up transactions. During his C-level career, he planned and directed business startups, domestic marketing initiatives, built and led national sales teams, and conducted successful business turnarounds.

Mr. Warner is a graduate of California State University Fresno, where he received his B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. A California born Central Valley native, he has fond memories of his formative years, growing up on a family farm with crops that included Walnuts, Citrus, Almonds, and Apricots. Today he thoroughly enjoys representing buyers and sellers of various agribusiness and industrial operations working to help them meet and exceed their business goals.
